If your pet becomes unwell or you’re worried about them, we’re here to help.

Not sure if it’s an emergency?

You can use our 24/7 video triage service for immediate guidance. A vet will help you understand what’s going on and whether your pet needs urgent attention.

During our normal opening hours

If you think your pet may need urgent care, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll advise you on the best next steps and arrange an emergency appointment if needed.

Outside our normal hours

For out‑of‑hours emergencies, we work with trusted emergency care providers who are fully equipped and staffed throughout the night. This ensures your pet receives immediate, continuous care when they need it most.

Using dedicated out‑of‑hours teams means:

  • your pet is seen by vets and nurses dedicated to emergency and critical care
  • there is always a fresh, fully awake team ready to act
  • our own team stays rested and safe, so we can provide the highest standard of care during the day

It’s the safest approach for pets — and the most responsible way to protect both animals and veterinary professionals.

We hope you never need emergency care, but if you do, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
